Characters are counted from source texts, outputs are not counted. Live Website Translations are unlimited. Only new translations use up credits. Once credits are used up, live website translation delivery speeds are throttled and only priority languages are available. Credits reset each month.

Do you really offer unlimited live translations?
Yes, plans offer unlimited translations for live streams and websites. Note that if the threshold for new translations is exceeded in a given month, translation deliveries are throttled and only priority languages can be translated.
What are priority language groups?
Priority language groups are sets of languages that can be selected to have priority. Priority languages can be translated, even if the account has exceeded its allotment of new translations in fast mode. Non-Priority languages may be made unavailable (aka “only available upon request”) depending on your settings.
Can specific languages be disabled or hidden?
We believe all languages deserve to be represented, so we do not offer a way to completely hide specific languages. However, it is possible to deprioritize certain languages. All non-priority languages can be displayed to customers as “only available upon request”.
Which languages are supported?
Our mission is to support every single language. If we don't support a language you're interested in, please reach out.
