Omnilingual Access ("we", "us", "our") provides translation tooling and services for websites and apps in multiple languages. By using our service, you gree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You will be required to create an account to use the Service. You agree to safeguard your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities occuring under your account.
While most plans offer unlimited translations and deliveries, monthly quotas for "new translations in fast mode" apply as described on the Pricing page. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or reduced service speeds. Abuse (such as automated scraping, reselling, or non-human usage) is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
You retain all rights and ownership over any text or content you submit for translation. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process and store your content as necessary to deliver and enhance the Service.
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your data securely and responsibly.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain at least 99% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any translations provided, and Omnilingual Access is not liable for any errors or omissions in translated content.
We strive to make translations available in all regions. We can not guarantee constant availability in all regions. We use Google Translation APIs, Microsoft Azure Translator APIs and OpenAI APIs. Certain countries and regions block, or are blocked, from accessing these aforementioned APIs. Local laws and Regional Terms of Services for these APIs can change without notice.
Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge subscription fees to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified).
Upgrades/Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time, subject to pricing and feature adjustments.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused periods or credits.
Enterprise Plans: Custom arrangements may apply; these will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact refunds@omnilingualaccess.com within 30 days of the payment.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, please contact us first for informal resolution at dispute@omnilingualaccess.com . If the issue cannot be resolved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnilingual Access and its officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnilingual Access and its affiliates from any claim, damage, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
